Located on a scenic ranch in the beautiful Paso Robles, California, we were fortunate enough to make a visit last month to check out the property, learn about the harvesting process and, most importantly, taste some AMAZING olive oils!
Between the misty, overcast day, scenic hills driving to the ranch and the magical property…the day truly felt like a dream!
Paso Robles is known for their wineries, making Pasolivo an excellent stop in between wine tasting!
Not to mention, this is the crème de la crème of olive oils. The taste, mouth-feel and consistency are unlike any olive oil we’ve ever tried. And, after using the product (pretty much daily) for a month, it’s safe to say…. We are Pasolivo and California Olive Oil converts!
