Hey KSPR blog – I’m Lexi, nice to meet you! Aside from my academic and professional life, I would sum myself up in a (long) sentence by saying I’m a taco-loving, dog-obsessed people-person with an unwavering dedication to annual Disneyland trips. I recently graduated from the Reynolds School of Journalism with an emphasis in Public Relations, and I’m loving the post-grad life. After growing up in Rocklin, CA, I truly thought I would be a California girl forever. However, I found myself very attached to the Biggest Little City when graduation rolled around – I simply HAD to plant my roots in Reno to begin the journey of #adulting (whatever that’s supposed to mean)! I’m very grateful for the opportunity to put my degree to work and start my career with the K. Sutherland PR dream team. I get to do work I’m passionate about, collaborate with and learn from an inspiring team of women, all while living in the city I love… how could I NOT be smiling? Here’s to a bright future with KSPR!
